Children can still perform the same kinds of searches on the Web Catalog as you do from the catalog search workstations in the Library, and can even see the status of their selection.

Our audio book collection is rapidly expanding. Hundreds of new titles are on the shelves and more are being added on a regular basis.

Satellite Teleconferences on Video
The district center video tapes selected satellite teleconferences so our district libraries can have access to the information if they were unable to view the original broadcast. This link takes you to the listing of those videos that you may borrow. Contact the if you're interested in any of these tapes.
Search the collection of some or all of the libraries in the State
Click on this link if you want to search some or all of the participating libraries in the state. You can select the library type, and/or specific libraries and perform the normal search functions on their circulation listing.
As of the fall of 2000 there were:
- Over 2,700 school, public, academic, and special libraries on the database
- Over 35 million holdings in the database
- Over 5.6 million unique records on the database
- 97% of Pennsylvania's school districts participating in the program
You can request an Interlibrary loan to be sent to your local library if you find something you want in another library.
The Westmoreland County Federated Library System Union Catalog went off-line on December 31, 2007. Instead use the new WLN Catalog.
Search the Pennsylvania State Library Catalog
Use this link to also search the catalogs of the libraries participating in the Keystone Library Network. By default, the search screen will search the State Library Catalog. On the Search page, click the "Simultaneous Search" button to search the catalog of one of the other participating libraries.
