All patrons, regardless of age, and regardless of whether or not they have a library card, may use any of our public Internet stations in order to access Federal (and PA) Government Web sites. The only fees are those for normal Internet usage: printing fee (10 cents/page for black and white, 25 cents/page for color). If a patron does not have a library card, we can ask, but may NOT require him/her to sign our “Internet Use” Log Book (confidential). If a patron wants us to disable any filtering software, we will disable it.
