Mr. Natale has been the director of the Monessen Public Library and District Center which includes 39 libraries in Westmoreland and Fayette Counties for over twenty three years. He is also the administrator of the Westmoreland County Federated System.
Peggy Tseng, District Consultant Librarian
Richard Blair, District Technology CoordinatorMs. Tseng brings more than 10 years experience to the Monessen District from the Allegheny County Library Association (ACLA). As District Consultant Librarian, she is responsible for advising 39 libraries within the Monessen District; acting as liaison with Commonwealth Libraries; implementing programs and continuing education, and supervising district delivery and technology services.
Mr. Blair has over 20 years of experience in technology training, support and administration in a variety of settings. His current duties include providing technical assistance and training to the staff of the District Center and libraries in Westmoreland and Fayette Counties (which comprise the Monessen District), and functioning as the current Webmaster for the District Center's web site. Mr. Blair has a B.S. Degree in Education from California University of Pennsylvania.
David Zilka, Collection Development Librarian/Circulation Supervisor
Mr. Zilka is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics and an MLS from the University of Pittsburgh.
J. Allen Feryok, Technical Services Librarian
Mr. Feryok supervises Interlibrary Loans, Cataloging and Government Documents. He received his BS in Liberal Arts from the University of Pittsburgh in rhetoric, speech and languages. Mr. Feryok also has a 10 month certificate in computer programming from ICM School of Business and he received his MLS from the University of Pittsburgh in 1985.
Carol Sepesky, Program/Training Coordinator
Mrs. Sepesky is a reference librarian and has served as program coordinator for the Workplace program since 1989. In addition to a teaching degree from California University of Pennsylvania, she obtained an MLS from the University of Pittsburgh in 1995.
Daniel Zyglowicz, Cataloger/Reference Librarian/Genealogy and Local History Specialist
Mr. Zyglowicz has an MLS from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. Degree in Elementary/Early Childhood Education from California University of Pennsylvania. He has worked for over 11 years as Cataloging Assistant II at the Louis L. Manderino Library of California University of Pennsylvania.
Anne Marie Tom, Reference Librarian
Ms. Tom is a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, West Virginia where she earned a BA in Theology. She has a Provisional Librarian's Certificate and has obtained credits toward an MLS from Duquesne University.
Jenise Sileo , Children's Librarian
Previously the children’s librarian in Farmington Illinois, Jenise has a BS degree in Home Economics from Bob Jones University. Regardless of where she is, she says the library is her second home.
Janise's current duties include planning, implementing and managing a comprehensive program of youth services to library patrons. Her primary responsibilities include public service, year round youth programming, outreach to community groups, materials selection and collection maintenance.
