The Child & Family WebGuide provides links to websites on topics of interest to parents and professionals. All the sites listed on the WebGuide are evaluated by graduate students and faculty in child development. The stated goal of the WebGuide is to "give the public easy access to the best child development information on the Web."
There are five main categories of information: family/parenting, education/learning, typical child development, health/mental health, and resources/recreation.

As part of the Department of Health and Human Services, this page on the CDC site provides information and resources on child development and positive parenting.
Especially for Children and Their Parents
Part of the American Library Association (ALA) web site, this page provides resourses related to online safety rules and suggestions, designed-for-children search engines, and much more.
