Reading Programs
Children's Library Mascott

Reading programs are presented in the spring, summer, fall and winter. Each program centers around a different theme.

Boys and girls between the ages of 2 and 12 can register for Reading Programs at the Monessen Public Library.. You may register at any time at the front desk at the library. For more information or to register your child, please call the library at 724-684-4750.

Current Programs

    Children’s Toddler Year Long Story Hour

Every Monday and Tuesday either 11:00 am or 6:00 pm. Story times are 20 minutes long and filled with wonderful stories, simple crafts and great hands on activities. Children will be learning and exploring the joy of books, music and being with other children. All preschool children are welcome and we encourage parents/grandparents to participate. All story times are free to the public and registration is suggested. Guests are always welcome.
