Reading Programs
Children's Library Mascott

Reading programs are presented in the spring, summer, fall and winter. Each program centers around a different theme.

Boys and girls between the ages of 2 and 12 can register for Reading Programs at the Monessen Public Library.. You may register at any time at the front desk at the library. For more information or to register your child, please call the library at 724-684-4750.

    Children’s Summer Story Time

Story hours will run Wednesday at 10:30 and at 6 and on Saturday at 12.


Summer Reading 2010

In addition to the Children's Summer Reading, the library is also hosting an Adult Summer Reading Program. For each book read by a patron, they will receive a raffle ticket. Then each Monday at 5:00 P.M. a drawing will be held for 2 restaurant gift certificates.

Gov Docs Logo Federal publications and other information products are made available free for public use in Monessen Public LIbrary & District Center and other Federal depository libraries throughout the United States.
